What You’ll Do Manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online Support monthly financial reporting and budgeting Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and growth planning What You Bring 2+ years of QuickBooks online bookkeeping experience Knowledge of inventory processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines A growth mindset and interest in expanding your role as the company grows Bonus: Experience in service‑based industries or multi‑location operations Schedule & Growth Path Part‑time: 16 hours/week to start.
