Job Skills / Requirements United Protective Services is looking for professional concierge security officer to patrol the perimeter and grounds of our client’s location at regular intervals. Officer will monitor security cameras for suspicious activity. Officer will be expected to exhibit a strong physical and authoritative presence that will help deter criminal activity. It is important for the officer to recognize potentially dangerous situations and respond in the safest and most effective manner possible. SCHEDULE: Saturday-Weds 6:30am-2:30pm Monitor building entrances, exits, common areas, and designated security areas. Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols. Monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, safety hazards, and disturbances. Greet and assist residents, guests, employees, and visitors in a professional manner. Verify visitors, vendors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with property procedures. Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents. Monitor surveillance cameras and access-control systems when assigned. Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports. Promptly communicate security concerns and incidents to supervisors and client representatives. Follow all company policies, client requirements, and site-specific post orders. Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and demeanor at all times. Remain alert, attentive, and engaged throughout the entire shift.
