Ophthalmology Sales Manager Or Senior RepresentativeChicago, IL / Midwest Rapidly growing ophthalmology organization expanding its prescription pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, and compounded ophthalmic medication business is seeking either an experienced sales manager or a strong senior rep ready to move into leadership. This role will work closely with ophthalmology practices throughout the Midwest supporting prescription ophthalmic therapies, compounded medications, specialty pharmacy programs, and future pipeline products. Looking for someone who understands ophthalmology practices, physician relationships, reimbursement, prescription workflow, and buy-and-bill environments.Requirements:Ophthalmology sales experience requiredPharmaceutical or prescription ophthalmic sales experience requiredBuy-and-bill, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or compounded medication experience strongly preferredDry eye, retina, ocular surface disease, or ophthalmic therapeutic experience highly preferredLeadership experience preferred, but top-performing senior reps ready for management will be consideredExperience coaching, mentoring, or developing reps is a plusMidwest based preferredCompensation:Strong base salary 150-175kBonus opportunityFull benefitsSignificant long-term growth opportunity with expanding ophthalmic pipeline products
