Reconciliation Specialist

You are looking to be a communications change maker.

In this role, you will assist the speaker bureau program coordinators and program managers as part of the reconciliation team in managing and processing key financial and program data across multiple speaker bureau programs.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Update Speaker Bureau program statuses weekly.
• Process vendor invoices and sponsorship fees.
• Reconcile credit card charges, including American Express fraud checks and disputes.
• Track invoices and expenses, including shipping and FedEx invoices.
• Manage speaker vetting and nominations (as needed).
• Financially close speaker bureau programs.
• Managing speaker W9s.
• Assist with honoraria processing, including FedEx shipping of checks, copying checks and creating cover letters, tracking direct deposits and communicating with speakers via email, and uploading proof of payment to client speaker bureau system.
• Assist with speaker contracting, including filing and upload CVs, screening documents, draft rate approval documentation and create contract templates.
• Assist with entering new programs into internal client program tracker (TAG).
• Process hard copy invitation orders, including invoices.
• Manage the final phase of program closeouts from an attendee perspective (Phase II).

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum associate degree or equal work experience
• 2 years' business experience

• Mastery and common sense of Excel is in your blood - Yes Proficiency!

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $43,800 to $55,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
