If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a to join our Advisory Services practice.Responsibilities:Lead and manage SAP supply chain and manufacturing functional workstreams through all phases of the project lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy); ensure high-quality delivery of solutions spanning production planning, manufacturing execution, scheduling, and inventory operationsSupport key business development activities for our SAP consulting practice, including contributing to proposal development (RFPs), project estimation, delivering system demonstrations, and participating in pre-sales activities in support of SAP S/4HANA implementation opportunitiesAct as a functional lead and architect for SAP production planning (PP) solutions, ensuring integration with broader supply chain, warehouse, and execution systemsSupport practice administration, including managing engagement budgets, assisting with resource planning, and mentoring/coaching staff to foster their career growthContribute to the development and publication of KPMG thought leadership, training assets, and new service offerings, particularly around modernizing manufacturing through advanced scheduling and integrating AI capabilitiesApply an AI-first, value driven mindset to identify, evaluate, and responsibly apply AI-enabled solutions that can enhance client outcomes, business performance, and operational effectiveness. Leverage foundational AI concepts while upholding KPMG Trusted AI principles to drive ethical, secure, and compliant adoption across business processes and solutions.Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience providing SAP advisory consulting services, with a clear focus on supply chain, manufacturing, and production planning capabilities across multiple industriesBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred; High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredProven experience leading workshops, managing day-to-day client relationships, and coordinating functional teams using the SAP Activate methodology or other agile project delivery frameworks; deep hands-on configuration and design experience in SAP manufacturing and planning modules, specifically: SAP production planning (SAP PP): discrete and/or process manufacturing, MRP, and capacity planning; detailed scheduling: SAP PP/DS (production planning and detailed scheduling)Basic and advanced inventory management processes; seamless functional integration with SAP extended warehouse management (EWM) and external/native manufacturing execution systems (MES); experience designing future-state processes that incorporate advanced digital technologies, including leveraging SAP business AI components and predictive analytics to optimize production schedules and material stagingExcellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and architectural concepts clearly to business stakeholdersAbility to travel as needed.Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
