Nurse PositionWe're looking for:Full Time - Night ShiftPart Time - Night ShiftAs a nurse in our community, you'll be an essential part of our care team — providing hands-on nursing care, supporting residents' health and well-being, and ensuring dignity and respect in everything you do. You'll also serve as a resource and leader to caregivers, helping to create a supportive and collaborative environment.Nurse Duties and Responsibilities: :· Provides nursing care to patients as assigned· Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned· Reinforces supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families· Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities· Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients· Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)· Records on patient charts observation of patient's responses to nursing care rendered· Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients· Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assignedNurse Qualifications and Skills: :· LPN/RN Licensure: 1 year (Preferred)Nurse Benefits: :· Health insurance· Dental insurance· Vision insurance· Retirement plan· Paid time off· Flexible scheduleEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
