Internal Wholesaler Overview The Internal Wholesaler role focuses on driving sales of financial products within a designated territory. Collaborate with External Wholesalers to develop advisor relationships and achieve sales targets effectively. Utilize systematic outbound calls, product presentations, and sales support to generate new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and tracking. Enhance knowledge of financial markets, economic trends, and alternative investments for effective positioning. Resolve escalated client service issues promptly and adhere to compliance guidelines. This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in financial products and build impactful advisor relationships. Internal Wholesaler Key Responsibilities & Duties Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach efforts. Drive attendance to meetings, conferences, webinars, and firm events to expand engagement. Collaborate with External Wholesalers to establish effective schedules with key prospects. Manage prospects and producers throughout the sales cycle for seamless execution. Build and manage territory calendars, advisor rotations, and rankings strategically. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including calls, emails, and follow-ups. Develop outstanding product knowledge and positioning strategies for the firm's offerings. Provide frequent updates to External Wholesalers regarding progress and insights. Resolve escalated client service issues efficiently and adhere to compliance requirements. Internal Wholesaler Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years of internal sales experience in the financial services industry. General knowledge of financial services, market trends, and competition preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple work streams effectively. FINRA Series 7 and 63 certifications required for compliance and operational success. Demonstrated initiative and goal-oriented mindset for achieving challenging objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
