Location: This is an IN OFFICE position in St Louis, MO. It is a Full-Time Monday-Friday role with hours typically from 8/9am - 4/5pm.

Training will take place in person at the Chesterfield or Murdoch office. The timeline of training will depend on experience and performance.

The use of a personal cell phone to make and receive work phone calls is required.

Compensation:

$24 hourly

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage assigned buyer and seller paperless transactions from executed contract through closing and final file completion.

• Conduct audits of each transaction to identify missing information, documents, signatures, and other potential issues.

• Enter and maintain critical contract dates, deadlines, and transaction milestones in the appropriate systems including Salesforce, SkySlope, and Dotloop.

• Monitor each transaction throughout the process for potential delays, missing information, approaching deadlines, and compliance concerns.

• Follow up persistently and professionally with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other partners to keep everything on track.

• Coordinate the execution of amendments, notices, and other non-negotiation transaction documents.

• Facilitate electronic signatures and ensure documents are fully executed and properly distributed.

• Recognize when a transaction requires additional attention and take action before an issue becomes a problem.

• Hold agents accountable to transaction deadlines and requirements while maintaining a positive and professional working relationship.

• Identify recurring transaction issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.

• Bring forward ideas for improving workflows, communication, systems, and processes.

• Help develop and refine checklists, resources, and procedures as the department continues to grow.

• Contribute to a culture of accountability, organization, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years previous experience REQUIRED in real estate transaction coordination, real estate operations, title, residential lending, brokerage, or a related field (MO RE license preferred but not required)

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines simultaneously

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative

• High level of technological proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software and systems

• 1+ year of experience with transaction management platforms such as MARIS, Dotloop, SkySlope, or similar systems is a plus

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
