It's about having conversations with business owners, understanding what they need, and helping them find coverage that makes sense for their business.Your day will include:Connecting with prospective commercial insurance clientsAsking questions and listening to understand each client's needsExplaining insurance options in a clear, easy-to-understand wayFollowing up with prospective clients and previous conversationsBuilding relationships and earning clients' trustStaying organized and managing your sales opportunitiesWorking toward individual and team sales goalsCollaborating with your Sales Team Lead and teammatesMaintaining required documentation and compliance standardsDon't worry — we won't just hand you a phone on day oneStarting a new sales position can be intimidating, especially if you're learning a new industry.That's why training and support are a big part of this role.You'll work directly with your Sales Team Lead during your first several weeks to learn our systems, processes, products, and approach to sales.
