Cloud Engineer

Job Number: R0241630 Cloud Engineer Opportunity Manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide the activities of junior employees. Qualifications Experience with management of DoD cloud environments, including AWS Experience designing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud environments Experience deploying applications into IL-4 or higher secure environments Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation Knowledge of DoD accreditation processes, including RMF and ATO workflows Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Experience serving as a technical liaison between engineering and enterprise deployment teams Experience supporting systems requiring formal accreditation and continuous monitoring of DoD Systems Experience supporting IL-5/6 environments Knowledge of container technologies, including AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes Knowledge of Cloud cost optimization methodologies Bachelor's degree in IT or cyber related field DoW 8140 Certification Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Security Engineer Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary range: $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen's benefit programs.
