Read This before applying -> We are currently seeking candidates with demonstrated Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales experience . This role requires a proven track record of selling IT managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or related MSP offerings.

• Be located in the Tampa area
• Be available to work on-site, as this is not a remote position

Role Description: This full-time, on-site sales role is based in Downtown Tampa, FL. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying SMB clients, conducting discovery meetings, presenting managed IT and cybersecurity solutions, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and maintaining CRM records. The role also requires collaboration with technical teams, participation in local networking events, and helping drive business growth throughout the Tampa market.

Our SDR makes on average 300-400 calls and sets between 2 and 4 appointments per month. candidates will run these sales calls to close.

Qualifications for Role

• Must have Sales / BDR experience in the Managed Services IT Space. All others will be declined.
• Strong foundation in Information Technology concepts and managed IT services, with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value for clients.
• Understanding of Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and IT Service Management sufficient to discuss service capabilities, SLAs, and support processes with prospective clients.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear, professional communication in both written and verbal formats.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, managing a structured sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and activity metrics.
• High level of personal accountability, organization, and time management, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and leadership, and to contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Compensation Structure : Performance-based compensation package consisting of a base salary and uncapped commissions.

• Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000+ Based on Experience and situation.
• Uncapped Commission on Full Outsourced Services
• Target Earnings: $100,000+ (With Closed Deals)

Commission is earned in addition to the BDR's base salary, creating a significant opportunity for annual earnings growth. Actual commission earnings will vary based on deal size, contract value, and successful onboarding of new clients.
