What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients in ICU and medical-surgical units
• Conduct thorough patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access, and patient stability throughout procedures
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all treatments and patient activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols and hospital policies
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse patient populations

What You Need

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum of two years recent acute dialysis experience
• ICU dialysis experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Competency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Proficiency with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently in an acute care setting

• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to build positive patient relationships
