Admissions Assistant: $20-25/hr. The Bostonian Rehab & Nursing Center (Dorchester, MA) is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Admissions Assistant up to 8 hours/week to support the admissions process at our skilled nursing facility! Responsibilities Welcome prospective residents, patients, and families with professionalism and compassion Complete admission paperwork and admission packets with residents, patients, or responsible parties Provide facility tours for prospective residents, families, and referral sources Maintain accurate admission documentation and records Support the admissions process from inquiry through admission Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and business office teams to facilitate smooth admissions Qualifications Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Professional phone etiquette and strong organizational abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment High school diploma or equivalent required Previous admissions, customer service, healthcare, medical records, or long-term care experience preferred Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software Join our team where your compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail can make a difference every day! #J-18808-Ljbffr
