Accounting Assistant

Description We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an accounting assistant, you will be performing billing, cash application, and collection functions. Responsibilities Collections via phone, text, email, or other company-approved means. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities Meet or exceed monthly collection goals Process, record, and apply incoming payments Assist with billing and invoicing functions Reconcile customer accounts and resolve customer disputes Handling customer inquiries Other duties as assigned We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Requirements College education in accounting or finance major. At least one year of billing, cash application, or collection experience.
