About the Position A well-established dental practice in Clermont County, focused on underserved populations and pediatric & special-needs care. The owner seeks a dedicated Pediatric Dentist who values a positive work environment, teamwork, and compassionate care. The position offers a balance of community service and a healthy financial opportunity. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric dentistry services, including general anesthesia and general sedation. Manage endodontic, restorative, fixed and removable prosthodontic procedures for pediatric patients. Offer oral surgery (referral for third molars) and other services for adult patients. Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and coordinate with team on treatment plans. Engage in community outreach and Medicaid services to meet high demand for pediatric dental care. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years in general dentistry. DMD or DDS from an accredited college with Pediatric Dentist Certificate. Current Ohio Dentist license. Certifications: Nitrous Oxide Monitoring; Medicaid eligibility (will assist obtaining). Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $250k+ annual, 35% of production, daily minimum $1,400, 3 days per week.
