Program Fees: Pricing of the program starts at 2,765 USD and increases depending on the length of your stay and the services included in the package. RESPONSIBILITIES: Front Office Operations: - Assist in the check-in and check-out procedures for guests. - Learn and implement hotel reservation systems. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns. - Assist with managing room inventory and room allocation. Housekeeping Operations: - Gain an understanding of housekeeping procedures and standards. - Participate in the supervision of room cleanliness and maintenance. - Learn inventory control and maintenance of housekeeping supplies. Reservations and Revenue Management: - Assist in managing reservations through various booking platforms. - Learn about revenue management strategies and assist in optimizing room revenue. - Work with the reservations team to ensure accuracy in bookings and guest information. Guest Services: - Gain exposure to guest relations and services. - Assist in addressing guest requests and ensuring a comfortable stay experience. - Participate in managing special guest needs and preferences. Training and Development: - Attend training sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing hospitality skills. - Collaborate with department supervisors to understand operational challenges and solutions. - Engage in continuous learning opportunities to expand knowledge in hospitality management.
