Our team treats orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, balance impairments, and mobility-related challenges. Your Role Physical Therapist (PT) Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management Work within a manageable outpatient caseload environment focused on quality patient care Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes Requirements Physical Therapist (PT) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required New graduates are encouraged to apply Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current West Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required New graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive Compensation: PT $82,000 - $90,000 annually and PTA $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Tuition loan reimbursement Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company-paid life insurance Additional voluntary benefit options Workplace Experience & Perks Monday-Friday schedule with work-life balance Strong administrative support Collaborative, patient-first culture Professional growth and leadership development opportunities H2U continuing education resources and live CEU opportunities Employee recognition programs Career advancement within the H2 Health family If you're looking for an organization that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional growth while empowering you to deliver exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
