Senior Project Manager - Heavy IndustrialPosition Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in heavy industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction and manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong background in various industrial sectors, including semiconductors, chemicals, warehousing, cold storage, food and beverage, and automotive.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple heavy industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track with timelines and budgets.Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies to handle potential project challenges and uncertainties.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols throughout all project phases.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within heavy industrial sectors.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction or manufacturing projects.Strong understanding of industrial processes, specifically in semi-conductors, chemicals, warehousing, cold storage, food and beverage, and automotive industries.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
