Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive strategic revenue growth and client retention across major accounts. In this high-impact sales leadership role, you will manage the complete B2B sales cycle-from prospecting high-value opportunities and building a robust pipeline to delivering ROI-focused RFP/RFI proposals and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities while developing actionable territory growth plans.

• Account Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, trust-based partnerships with key enterprise clients, channel agents, and lead generators to maximize retention and expansion.

• Pipeline & RFP Management: Maintain a high-performing sales pipeline. Lead responses to client RFPs/RFIs, crafting compelling sales proposals centered on clear Return on Investment (ROI).

• Strategic Market & Margin Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, gross margins, and work-order estimates to guide pricing strategy and solution positioning.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal operations, engineering, and account staff to align deliverables, field intelligence, and new service offerings.

• Contract & Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, contracts, and activation documentation while performing ongoing account quality checks.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired:

• Experience: 5+ years of successful enterprise or B2B sales experience.

• IT/Retail Awareness: Familiarity with IT infrastructure within multi-chain retail environments.

• Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills with a proven track record of influencing decision-makers.

• Mobility: Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and willingness to travel (including occasional overnight stays).

Preferred:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Sales Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of modern advertising and sales promotion techniques.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Office & Remote Operations: Regular extended periods sitting at a desk, operating computer equipment, and handling phone communications in a climate-controlled setting.

• Travel Requirements: Ability to travel comfortably via vehicle or commercial airline for extended periods. Must be able to operate motor vehicles safely.

• Schedule Flexibility: Standard 40-hour workweek with periodic evening/weekend availability required during peak travel or project delivery cycles across different time zones.
