Integration Developer

Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Integration Developer to join their team! This position is fully remote.


This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise API integrations across multiple platforms, including Azure DevOps, Craft.io, and TargetProcess. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, Azure technologies, and integration architecture. This individual will help improve data consistency, automate workflows, support migration initiatives, and create technical documentation that supports enterprise-wide integration standards.



Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between Azure DevOps and other enterprise platforms
• Build and support data synchronization solutions across Azure DevOps, Craft.io, and TargetProcess
• Develop Node.js and JavaScript-based automations to improve workflows and system efficiency
• Implement RESTful APIs, webhooks, event handling, and bi-directional data integrations
• Create architecture diagrams, field mappings, technical documentation, and deployment documentation
• Support project migration, cleanup initiatives, reporting automation, and process improvements
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to troubleshoot integration issues and improve system performance

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Strong experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs
• Advanced Node.js development experience
• Experience working with Azure DevOps Services APIs including work items, repositories, builds, releases, and pipelines
• Strong JavaScript development experience
• Experience with integration architecture, data mapping, and system-to-system integrations
• Experience with Azure cloud services including Azure SQL, Service Bus, Event Grid, or related technologies
• Strong technical documentation skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience integrating with Craft.io
• Experience integrating with Apptio TargetProcess
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys, and other authentication methods
• Experience building microservices using Node.js, Python, or C#
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, TDD, SonarQube, Checkmarx, or Jest
• Experience supporting Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms

Work Environment

• Location: Remote
• Fully remote position with some overlap required with offshore teams and Eastern Time business hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is $60.00 and $86.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
