Coordinate cross-functional activities involving Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and other relevant teams.
Drive clear communication across stakeholders and facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions to maintain alignment and resolve project barriers.
Support the development and execution of therapeutic area strategic plans and annual POAs, including initiative prioritization and resource planning.
Manage project budgets, forecast costs, track expenditures, and prepare dashboards, performance metrics, and status reports for leadership review.
Coordinate Medical Affairs programs and activities, including advisory boards, congress planning and follow-up, medical education initiatives, evidence generation programs, insight collection and reporting, launch and lifecycle management activities, and training and development programs.
Promote operational excellence and consistency across Medical Affairs processes and activities.
Ensure project execution adheres to organizational policies and applicable healthcare regulations, supporting inspection readiness and required documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency, implementing effective project management practices and continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline, along with relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences project or program management.
For candidates with an advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, or PhD, 8+ years of relevant experience is specified.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions.
Strong project planning, organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across scientific, operational, and business teams.
Proficiency with project management tools, reporting systems, dashboards, and project tracking methodologies.

High attention to detail, accountability, business acumen, and organizational awareness.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, MSc, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent.
Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or Medical Operations.
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience supporting product launches, evidence generation, medical congresses, or strategic planning activities.
