What You'll Do:

As an Insurance Sales Agent / Acquisitions Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective customers, building relationships, and helping individuals and families find insurance solutions that meet their needs. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working toward sales goals.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and outreach efforts
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
• Schedule and conduct follow-up conversations with prospects
• Develop relationships and identify customer needs
• Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate sales and outreach strategies
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within a CRM system
• Track activity and progress toward sales goals
• Remain compliant with all company policies and insurance regulations
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Licensing & Requirements:

• Must have all required state insurance licenses
• Previous insurance experience is a plus but not required
• Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required
