This isn't AI bolted onto legacy tools, it's a ground-up rebuild of how radiologists work, already generating enterprise revenue with radiology groups across the country. They've raised $22.6M (Series A) from Benchmark, Menlo Ventures, and angels from Vercel, Replit. This is a founding hire: they need their first dedicated recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across engineering, sales, and operations, working directly with the CEO on every hire that shapes the company as the team scales from ~30 to 50+. The Ideal Candidate Experience: 2–6 years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally ones that scaled from sub-50 employees to significant size. In-house experience required. Range: Strong technical recruiting chops for engineering roles, with the versatility to also close sales and ops hires. Skills: Built candidate pipelines from scratch through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative sourcing channels. Experience standing up recruiting processes, systems, and tools (Ashby a plus). Mindset: Builder mentality — thrives in ambiguity, operates independently with limited guidance, and sells candidates with warm, high-energy communication. Quick to deeply understand a technical business. Not a Fit: Large-company-only recruiting experience with no startup exposure, needs defined playbooks and heavy structure to operate, or agency-only backgrounds with no in-house experience.
