LanceDB is seeking a founding recruiter to scale our team by standardizing our hiring process and leading end-to-end hiring. You will partner with founders to define strategy, own the recruiting platform, and drive high-velocity talent initiatives across engineering, product, sales, and marketing. This is a remote-native role hiring across the United States and beyond.
