About The Role We’re looking for a Founding Tech Recruiter to build out our team as we embark on our next phase of growth. You’ll operate as a strategic partner in the heart of the startup ecosystem, pioneering how we find, attract, and engage the world’s best talent. You’re a Fit If You… Have 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in‑house or at a search agency. Are at ease in startup environments and thrive amid ambiguity, rapid iteration, and high growth. Communicate clearly—both written and verbally—and make every candidate feel valued. Are well‑connected, respected by peers, and have a personal brand in the recruiting community (e.g., active LinkedIn, trusted network). Care deeply about quality, processes, and candidate experience. Are excited to work flexibly—this role is fully remote and freelance‑friendly. Nice to Have Previous experience recruiting at early‑stage startups or high‑growth tech companies.
