Director of Operations

We are a fast-growing real estate team at Compass seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize the operational infrastructure of our business. Our team has successfully closed over $300M+ in real estate transactions, and we are focused on building the systems, processes, and leadership necessary to scale even further. The Director of Operations will play a critical leadership role in managing the day-to-day operations of the team while ensuring that listings, transactions, marketing, and internal systems operate seamlessly. This position allows the sales team to focus on delivering exceptional results for clients while operations run efficiently behind the scenes. Applicants must have prior experience working with a real estate team that has closed $50M+ in annual sales volume. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and strategic operations professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You understand the inner workings of top-performing real estate teams and have the ability to implement systems that allow agents to focus on generating business while operations run smoothly. You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing complex workflows while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. ResponsibilitiesOperations & Systems - Oversee the daily operations of a high-performing real estate team Implement scalable operational systems and workflows to support continued growth Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for listings, transactions, and team operations Transaction & Listing OversightManage the lifecycle of listings and transactions from pre-listing through closing Monitor deal flow and ensure transactions move smoothly through the pipeline Ensure compliance with brokerage and regulatory requirements Team Coordination - Work closely with agents, assistants, and vendors to ensure operational efficiency Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members Establish accountability systems and track team performance Marketing & Listing Launches - Oversee listing launches including marketing timelines, staging, photography, and digital campaigns Coordinate with marketing vendors and internal team members to ensure brand consistency CRM & TechnologyManage CRM systems and ensure deal pipelines and client data are accurately maintained Implement automation and technology solutions to improve efficiency and client experience Financial & Performance - Tracking & Monitor commissions, deal flow, and operational metrics Provide performance reporting and insights to team leader #J-18808-Ljbffr Compass
