Legends is proud to support and represent the Browns during this history.THE ROLEThe PSL Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and support duties related to the daily operations of the New Huntington Bank Field sales and service department. He/she will be responsible for supporting the Account Executive Sales team to convert all current Cleveland Browns season ticket holders, deposit holders and prospective clients to become New Huntington Bank Field buyers. The PSL Coordinator should be a professional, team focused, positive individual. He/she will report to the Director, Premium Service & Operations while working alongside additional key leadership and sales personnel across the project.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSupport Account Executives in the execution of the sales process for New Huntington Bank FieldWork closely with the Cleveland Browns service team with customer service-related inquiries on New Huntington Bank FieldAct as a direct liaison between key seat holder accounts and the Cleveland Browns organizationPrepare season ticket member agreements as necessaryAssist in the creation and coordination of special events and prospecting events to aid in new business developmentExecute collection process for annual invoicesParticipate in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as requiredExecute processes and best practices in aim of improving sales efficiency while maintaining a positive and innovative office cultureQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.1-2 years of service and/or sales support experience preferred within the sports and/or entertainment industry or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Outlook, Word, and ExcelProfessional verbal, written and listening communication skills.Attention to detail and proactive attitude.Self-starter with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.Ability to work flexible hours, as well as nights, weekends, holidays as required.Proven ability to drive tasks to completion with a high sense of urgency.COMPENSATIONFull-time non exempt role plus potential bonus opportunities, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.WORKING CONDITIONSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
