Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our agency on the retail floor, engaging directly with walk-in customers. You'll own the entire sales process, from initial greeting and needs assessment to closing the deal and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage and Connect: Greet customers warmly as they enter the retail space, initiating conversations and building immediate rapport.
• Understand Needs: Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to identify their financial goals and challenges.
• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our financial products and services to effectively explain their benefits and features.
• Persuasive Pitching: Deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations of our offerings, tailoring your approach to individual customer requirements.
• Handle Objections: Address customer concerns and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Close Deals: Guide customers through the decision-making process and successfully close sales, ensuring a smooth and positive transaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
• Maintain Store Standards: Contribute to a positive and organized retail environment.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $120,000 annually, plus commission. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance and success in closing sales.
