Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position: 6 Months contract with high possibility of extension
Job Details:
- Experience of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in technology/semiconductor.
- Strong technical sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
- Proven experience with hiring manager engagement and stakeholder management.
- Strong offer negotiation, candidate closing, and end-to-end candidate management.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM platforms such as Workday, Eightfold, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offer, onboarding, and disposition.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, provide hiring updates, and drive recruiting activity.
- Source and engage qualified technical talent using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, and sourcing platforms.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Use recruiting metrics and reports to track requisition progress and performance.
