Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Home Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
Master’s degree preferred
Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Virginia
Proven leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing operations preferred
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives
Salary/Wage Range
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, skills, and overall leadership background and may vary outside of the posted range.
