HWL Inc.-AN-1550 JUNE 15TH START\r\n\r\nSubmission Requirements:\r\nWILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles)\r\nUp to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience.\r\nTRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED\r\n2 recent ICU Charge/Manager RN References\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics\r\nCurrent AHA ACLS , BLS, NIHSS\r\nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN licenses.\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\nEMR Exp Required: EPIC\r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\nUnit: ICU\r\nShift: 6:30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)\r\nMust have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex\r\nHeart experience HIGHLY preferred - Manager looking at these as priority!\r\nFloating Required: Yes\r\nScrub Color: Navy\r\nUnit Specifics:\r\nBeds: 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14\r\nFloating required if needed: To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)\r\nCommon patient diagnosis: Neuro/Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi\r\nCTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx\r\nSpecialty equipment used on unit: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)
