ATI is growing in leaps and bounds and we are on the hunt for another fun & energetic team member.
This position combines Data Entry & Warehouse Admin Support depending on workload. The ideal candidate is organized, highly detailed, comfortable working with physical responsibilities & computer systems, & can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Data Entry (Lab Process):
- Accurately enter information into our system
- Create & close WO’s
- This role requires a high level of attention to detail
Operations Coordinator (Warehouse):
- Open & inspect incoming packages to verify contents (+/- 30 pkgs/day)
- Notify the team of any damages &/or discrepancies observed
- Retrieve vendor PO & customer packing slips from QuickBooks
- Dip / Wax plugs & rings for shipment
- Laser etch ID numbers onto equipment
- Provide shipment tracking information and status updates as needed
- Maintain an organized and efficient receiving and warehouse area
- Manage / coordinate delivery routes
- Notify customers when items are ready for pickup
- Assist with packaging items for shipment
- Experience using UPS & FedEx shipping system a plus
