Production Line Lead

Kraft Heinz Massillon is seeking a Process Owner to lead a cross-functional line team and drive operational performance on a production line. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and employee engagement through KHMS implementation. You will coach and develop your team, champion continuous improvement, and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to meet plant objectives.
