The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally-minded, proactive, and able to create structure within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This person will play a critical role in helping manage priorities, streamline communication, improve workflows, and ensure operational continuity across the Principal's day-to-day activities.The right individual is someone who naturally thinks in systems, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings a high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, approachability, discretion, follow-through, and operationalization to everything they touch.This role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing complex calendars, organizing information across multiple initiatives, capturing highly detailed meeting notes, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, organization, and execution across the office.This role is fully on-site in Longmont, Colorado and requires flexibility for domestic and international travel alongside the Principal as needed.
