Marketing Specialist

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm Office-based | Permanent position Turn Business Goals Into Marketing Action. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist in West Columbia, SC to help develop promotional initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement. You’ll work across different marketing activities, from researching market trends and preparing campaign materials to tracking progress and coordinating with internal teams. This role is suited to someone who enjoys combining ideas with practical execution and wants to contribute to marketing projects that support wider business objectives. Your Key Responsibilities Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and outreach activities. Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Prepare campaign materials, presentations, and promotional documents. Assist with developing content for digital, print, and other marketing channels. Support email marketing, social media activities, and brand communications. Maintain campaign schedules, project trackers, and marketing records. Monitor campaign progress and help prepare performance reports. Review marketing materials for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency. Work with internal teams to coordinate deadlines, resources, and deliverables. Gather information to support campaign planning and marketing decisions. Identify opportunities to improve promotional activities and customer engagement. Assist with marketing meetings, project updates, and planning sessions. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable balancing creative work with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and project coordination abilities. Interest in marketing, branding, promotions, and customer behaviour. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, presentations, and standard office software. Ability to research information and communicate findings clearly. Strong attention to detail and deadline management. Willingness to collaborate, learn new tools, and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience in marketing, communications, sales, promotions, or campaign coordination is beneficial. Training will be provided on internal systems, marketing processes, and company guidelines.
