Job Description
We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to handle construction defect matters. This role involves developing legal strategies, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in litigation proceedings.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Florida Bar
3+ years of civil litigation experience (construction defect experience preferred)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
Handle cases involving construction defect claims
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and briefs
Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and arbitration proceedings
Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and staff throughout the litigation process
