Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Charlotte seeking Master Schedulers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity constraints and material availability.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align forecasts with production plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, communicating potential delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate and manage production orders and schedules.
• Analyze production performance against the schedule, identifying root causes for deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling processes and systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems, particularly in module configuration and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize complex production schedules, considering material availability, capacity constraints, and delivery targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with production, supply chain, and sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
