Tryfacta is seeking a Travel RN LTC for our client in Clifton Springs, NY 14432. This is a 13-week contract assignment with possible extension. Position Title: Travel RN LTC Location: Clifton Springs, NY 14432 Duration: 13 weeks (possible extension) Work Schedule: Night Shift - 40 hours per week (8x5's) Guaranteed Hours: 40 Average Daily Census: 21 Beds: 23 Staffing Ratio: 1 RN : 10 Patients All Shifts Float Required: Yes Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend (EOW) First-Time Travelers: Not Accepted Local Candidates: Not Accepted Candidate must live more than 75 miles from the facility.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care/ventilator setting.
• Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor residents requiring ventilator-related care according to facility protocols.
• Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare staff.
• Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and treatment.
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned and coordinate daily unit activities.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and facility policies.
• Float to other appropriate units when required.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Previous Charge Nurse Experience: Required
• Certification: BLS Required
• Previous travel nursing experience required since first-time travelers are not accepted.
• Must be comfortable floating as needed.
