What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners who have requested information about improving their homes.
You'll identify their needs, present the right HANSONS solution, demonstrate value, and confidently ask for the business.

Windows | Roofing | Siding | Gutters | Baths/Showers including KOHLER products!
Who We're Looking For
You don't have to come from home improvement.
We're interested in competitive, coachable people with experience in areas such as:
- In-home or outside sales
- Automotive sales or F&I
- Roofing, windows, HVAC or solar
- High-ticket retail
- Other commission-driven sales environments
If you know how to connect with people and close, we want to talk.
Training That Prepares You to Sell
You'll receive comprehensive training covering product knowledge, our sales process, job shadowing, and real-world preparation before running appointments independently.
Training also includes the opportunity to visit our corporate headquarters, connect with company leadership, and learn more about the business firsthand.
