Position Overview: Spectrolab, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company , is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team in Sylmar, CA . The successful candidate will support our proposal generation process, coordinate inputs, track status, report metrics, and implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and quality. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Proposal Management and is suitable for candidates with mid- to senior-level experience. We encourage candidates to grow their careers at Spectrolab, with potential advancement into roles such as Business Capture Team Lead, Marketing & Business Development Specialist, or Project Manager. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and improve proposal processes Gather and communicate business requirements Manage proposal planning, scheduling, and coordination Monitor performance metrics and analyze data for process improvement Maintain process documentation ensuring compliance with standards and regulations Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience managing processes and/or projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Experience creating and delivering presentations to leadership Ability to work with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience in fast-paced, customer service environments Experience in proposal or quote preparation Additional Details: This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the specified locations. The total rewards package includes competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth, with pay ranges based on experience and level: Mid-Level: USD $90,950 – $123,050 Experienced Level: USD $109,650 – $148,350 Senior Level: USD $141,100 – $190,900 Application deadline: June 5, 2025.
