Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior employment associate to join its Employment Practice in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment litigation and counseling, with a focus on drafting pleadings and conducting discovery. Duties Draft pleadings and conduct discovery in employment litigation cases. Provide counseling on employment-related matters. Engage in class and collective action litigation. Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling. Admitted to the California bar. Strong research and writing skills. Excellent academic credentials. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the California State Bar. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing. Ability to manage complex litigation matters. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
