As a Marketing Coordinator at Beach Team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our real estate efforts and brand visibility forward. You'll become an integral part of a small but mighty group of professionals who are committed to excellence in every aspect of their work.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and print that align with our proven system and strategy, delivering consistent experiences to clients. Compensation:$25 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience and enhances brand visibility.
Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters and other communication materials to keep clients informed and engaged.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
Maintain and update the company’s website and social media channels, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Assist in organizing and promoting events to strengthen community ties and brand presence.
Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
Experience in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
Proficiency in Google Workspace & overall tech-savvy.
Must know how to use Canva or similar design software for marketing material creation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, but also work independently.
Strong analytical & organizational skills.
Proficiency in maintaining and updating websites and social media channels with fresh, relevant content.
Experience in organizing and promoting events to strengthen community ties and brand presence.
Ability to liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
Quick learner.
Keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Real Estate experience is a plus!
