Cyber Security Program ManagerThe Opportunity:As the Cyber Security Program Manager, you will lead enterprise-wide security initiatives, overseeing the development and execution of SOC strategies, governance frameworks, and operational processes. This role drives continuous improvement, measures performance, and partners with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization’s security posture and ensure seamless integration of security operations.What You'll Work On:Lead the development and execution of a robust Security Operations Center (SOC) strategy and implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and industry best practices.Design, establish, and sustain an Enterprise SOC (ESOC) governance framework to support effective oversight and risk management.Direct ESOC operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational activities are integrated with organizational security goals.Implement and oversee ESOC performance measurement systems, tracking key metrics to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.Conduct ongoing evaluations and effectiveness reviews of ESOC processes, leveraging insights to enhance security posture and operational maturity.Partner with cross-functional security teams to facilitate seamless integration of ESOC initiatives, promoting unified threat response and information sharing.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
