Oracle Fusion Program Manager - Remote

Salary: $83,000 - 123,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 8 years of program or project management experience, including 3 or more years leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• We expect prior program- or PMO-level experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across ERP, SCM, and/or HCM.
• We require experience working within or alongside a Business Transformation Office (BTO) or comparable enterprise PMO.
• We seek strong knowledge of program governance frameworks, RAID management, and stage-gate methods.
• We require excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to steering committees and C-level sponsors.
• We require a PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
• We prefer experience leading multi-track Oracle Fusion programs spanning ERP, SCM, and HCM at the same time.
• We value familiarity with Oracles OUM or a similar implementation methodology.
• We value a background in management consulting or systems integration.
• We prefer experience with SaaS quarterly release cycles and their effects on program planning.

• We rely on this role to serve as the program-level point of contact and drive execution and alignment alongside our BTO structure.
• We expect the role to build and maintain an integrated plan across ERP, SCM, and HCM workstreams, covering milestones, dependencies, and the critical path.
• We expect the role to facilitate governance forums, including steering committees, status reviews, and stage-gate approvals, and move decisions to resolution.
• We expect the role to identify, monitor, and mitigate cross-workstream risks and issues, escalating them to the BTO and executive sponsors when appropriate.
• We rely on the role to coordinate resource planning and capacity across ERP, SCM, and HCM functional leads and technical teams.
• We expect the role to manage program reporting, including status dashboards, RAID logs, budget tracking, and executive summaries for leadership.
• We expect the role to connect our business transformation goals with Oracle Fusion delivery and keep scope aligned with intended business outcomes.
• We expect the role to coordinate organizational change management in partnership with our BTO change resources.
• We rely on the role to oversee program-level testing, training, and cutover readiness, ensuring workstream leads deliver to plan.
• We expect the role to support vendor and systems integrator management, including accountability for scope, timelines, and deliverables.

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Program Manager to work alongside our Business Transformation Office leadership and drive our overall Oracle Fusion implementation across ERP, SCM, and HCM. The role connects our strategic transformation objectives with day-to-day delivery and oversees governance, coordination, risk management, and executive reporting to keep the program on schedule, within budget, and aligned with our goals. This is an 8-month engagement based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a hybrid or remote arrangement.
