Our 8,000+ dedicated employees work as part of a team that delivers refreshment to consumers. Job Details Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 5x8’s, Weekends Required & Overtime as needed. Pay: $23.25 per hour Job Level: 1 Responsibilities Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day. Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers. Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks, and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases. Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first-in, first-out stocking system. Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking, and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management. Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return of any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily. Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements. Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business-use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely. Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs. Screening Process After a conditional offer, candidates must complete pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check, drug screening, and, for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review. Screening results are evaluated based on the nature and severity of an offense, how much time has passed, relevance to the position, patterns of repeated offenses, and driving history for roles requiring vehicle operation.
