INTERVIEW SPECIALIST
Tuesday - Thursday
8:00 am - 3:00 pm
$19.50 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Conduct in-person and/or virtual interviews with applicants
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
- Review applications, resumes, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records
- Communicate professionally with applicants regarding interview scheduling and next steps
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Collaborate with recruiting staff and management regarding candidate recommendations
- Perform general administrative and clerical support duties as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous administrative and clerical experience required
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Recruiting experience preferred
- Prior interview experience strongly preferred
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and make sound judgments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
