Hiring: Embedded C Developer – OpenWrt/OpenSync
???? Location: Englewood, CO – Onsite
???? Experience: 5+ Years
We are looking for an Embedded C Developer with strong experience in Embedded Linux/OpenWrt and networking to develop firmware for next-generation WiFi routers with LTE/5G cellular backup .
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Embedded C & Linux
✅ OpenWrt – UCI, build system, packages
✅ OpenSync / OVSDB / MQTT
✅ LTE/5G modem integration – AT Commands, QMI/MBIM
✅ Linux networking – IPv4/IPv6, routing, DHCP
✅ WiFi drivers / Qualcomm / Broadcom / Atheros
✅ Kernel-level debugging – GDB, tcpdump, serial console
✅ Git/GitLab & cross-compilation
✅ TLS/mTLS, X.509 certificates
✅ Experience with router/gateway/CPE firmware
Strong plus: Qualcomm IPQ, Broadcom, DOCSIS, PCIe/USB, TR-069/TR-369, GRE/IPsec.
