Licensed Insurance Sales & Service Representative Joe Foster State Farm

Full-Time | In-Office | Salary + Commission

Joe Foster State Farm is hiring a licensed insurance professional to join our in-office team.

This position combines insurance sales, customer service, and account management. You will help current customers, follow up with prospective customers, prepare quotes, and write new business.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to become stronger in both sales and customer service while building a long-term career in insurance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation up to $55,000 per year through salary plus commission
  
  
• Commission is based on sales performance

Licensing Requirements

• Active Arizona Property & Casualty license required at hire
  
  
• Life & Health license must be obtained within your first 90 days of employment
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Talk with current and prospective customers about their insurance needs

• Prepare quotes and explain coverage options

• Follow up with leads and ask for the sale

• Write new insurance business

• Review current policies and identify additional insurance needs

• Help customers with policy changes, billing questions, and account service

• Keep accurate records of customer conversations and follow-up activities

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Build long-term relationships with customers

Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred.
