About the Role

As a Project Management Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting requirements management, validation and verification activities, and problem report tracking for the 777X Mechanical and Hydraulic Systems team . Your efforts will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across engineering and program teams, directly contributing to the success of critical aerospace initiatives.

Position Details

• Location: Everett, WA

• Job Type: Full-Time Consultant

• Duration: 12 Months

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

• Pay Rate: Starting at $52.22 per hour

What You'll Do

In this highly collaborative role, you will:

• Support implementation and maintenance of system requirements

• Perform impact analyses for requirement changes and PRS updates

• Manage, track, and facilitate the resolution of Problem Reports (PRS)

• Ensure proper prioritization, documentation, and closure of issues

• Establish and maintain requirements structures, attributes, and linking strategies

• Own and support the end-to-end requirements management process

• Develop, maintain, and update DOORS modules

• Support validation and verification activities for mechanical and hydraulic systems

• Conduct quality checks and requirements reviews to ensure consistency and compliance

• Collaborate with systems, design, test, certification, and program teams

• Maintain project documentation, databases, and tracking tools to support program objectives

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and typically 6+ years of related experience , or Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience , or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience working with databases and data management tools

• Familiarity with project coordination, requirements management, or related business processes

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

• Proficiency with standard business and productivity tools

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with requirements management systems , such as DOORS

• Background supporting engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, or technical programs

• Familiarity with validation and verification processes

• Experience managing issue tracking systems and problem reports

• Knowledge of configuration management principles

• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Pay Details: $52.22 per hour
