Resumen del Puesto
El Representante de Ventas y Merchandiser es responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de ventas y garantizar una excelente ejecucion en punto de venta de los productos de Cordialsa USA en las cuentas asignadas.
Esta posicion integra funciones de ventas, mercadeo en tienda y servicio al cliente, incluyendo la planificacion de visitas, toma de pedidos, ejecucion de exhibiciones y mantenimiento optimo de gondolas. Asimismo, desarrolla relaciones solidas con gerentes y personal de tienda para asegurar espacios adicionales, correcta implementacion de precios y ejecucion de iniciativas promocionales.Es una posicion 100% en campo que requiere desplazamiento constante entre supermercados dentro del territorio asignado en New Jersey siguiendo rutas establecidas. Adicionalmente, el SRM brindara cobertura temporal de rutas asignadas a otros representantes durante vacaciones o ausencias autorizadas, ejecutando todas las funciones comerciales y operativas correspondientes.
Responsabilidades principales
- Ventas y servicio al cliente: Maximizar las ventas identificando oportunidades y brindando un servicio de excelencia.
- Ejecucion en punto de venta: Verificar exhibiciones, surtir productos y asegurar espacios adicionales con precios correctos.
- Gestion de ruta: Cumplir diariamente con la ruta de clientes asignada.
- Registro de actividades: Utilizar herramientas tecnologicas para documentar la gestion en cada punto de venta.
- Negociacion comercial: Sugerir pedidos para asegurar la rotacion del producto, gestionar volumenes con clientes y coordinar fechas de entrega.
- Devoluciones: Gestionar productos en devolucion (creditos), prepararlos, etiquetarlos y coordinar su recoleccion cuando aplique.
- Apertura de clientes: Identificar nuevos clientes potenciales, presentar el portafolio y gestionar la documentacion requerida.
- Etiquetado y exhibicion: Asegurar correcta senalizacion, implementacion de materiales promocionales y orden del inventario.
- Evidencia fotografica: Tomar fotografias de exhibiciones y registrar actividades realizadas en cada punto de venta.
- Control de inventario: Garantizar adecuada rotacion y condiciones optimas de los productos.
- Precios: Verificar la correcta exhibicion de precios y comunicar inconsistencias de manera oportuna.
- Planogramas: Validar la correcta ubicacion de productos segun lineamientos.
- Material POP: Implementar material publicitario segun las directrices establecidas.
Calificaciones y Requisitos
- Diploma de High School o GED requerido; estudios universitarios son altamente valorados.
- Minimo 2 anos de experiencia en ventas y manejo de clientes.
- Experiencia en productos de consumo masivo (CPG) es altamente deseable.
- Experiencia en ventas retail o distribucion directa es una ventaja.
- Habilidad para construir y mantener relaciones comerciales solidas.
- Alto nivel de autonomia, organizacion y administracion del tiempo.
- Flexibilidad para adaptarse a cambios en la operacion diaria y prioridades del negocio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacion, servicio al cliente y resolucion de problemas.
- Manejo de herramientas tecnologicas, sistemas de ventas y aplicaciones moviles.
- Conocimiento practico de Microsoft Office.
- Enfoque proactivo, orientado a resultados y a la solucion de problemas.
Otros requisitos
- Bilingue espanol/ingles es una ventaja.
- Licencia de conducir vigente, vehiculo propio y seguro
- Autorizacion para trabajar en Estados Unidos sin necesidad de patrocinio
- Capacidad fisica para levantar, empujar o cargar hasta 25 lbs (ocasionalmente mas de 50 lbs)
- Disponibilidad de horario y capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinamicos, asi como para cubrir rutas o responsabilidades de otros representantes de ventas cuando sea necesario.
